Hailing from rural Madison County, Cliff Collard began his tattooing apprenticeship in the fall of 1996 while attending the Sam Houston State University art program. Cliff learned to tattoo on the weekends. In August of 1999, after earning a degree in painting, Cliff dove into a full-time career in tattooing and never looked back. In May 2008 Cliff became the owner of Arsenal Tattoo and Design. With the art of tattooing ever-changing, Cliff continues to challenge himself artistically by creating one of a kind custom tattoos as well as creating in other mediums whenever he can find the time.

From the wild fronts of west Texas, Scott's interest in tattooing began at a young age. After a few bumps on the trail, he began an apprenticeship with James Spears in Somerville, Texas in November of 2004. Finishing it with Michael C. at Tattoo Consortium in June of 2008. In May of 2011, Scott joined the crew at Arsenal Tattoo. Having a mother as an art teacher, he was taught to draw and paint at a young age. Scott is a well rounded tattooer with a preference for the modern tattoo style.

After bouncing from Latin America to Central Texas and back again, Audrey landed in the Brazos Valley in 1999. The Tica apprenticed at Tattoo Consortium in 2003, and experienced studios in Huntsville and College Station, until finally finding her place in the sun at Arsenal Tattoo & Design in 2015. Audrey still volunteers for her Art IV AP teacher, and the Texas Art Education Association. She tattoos with a neo-traditional influence.
